Voice Broadcast Service

Voice Broadcast service delivers a pre-recorded message to a targeted group of individuals as specified by client to either landline or cell phones anywhere in the United States.  The message may be recorded by the client or use Southwest Call Center’s professional recording voice.  Voice Broadcast service may be set up for immediate delivery or scheduled for later delivery. Note: Messages must be delivered by 7:00 PM any day of the week.  Up to seven calls can be made simultaneously when the dial-out starts.  When the dial-out project is completed, a Dial-out Summary report will be generated showing successful calls versus unsuccessful calls.

Voice Broadcast service is perfect for the small to medium sized business or organization that want to remind their customers of upcoming events or to announce a new product or event.  You can also use Voice Broadcast to do general appointment reminder calls and political announcements.

 

Three levels of Voice Broadcast service are available:

  • Recording Only – Message is recorded and delivered to a targeted group of individuals at a scheduled time or immediately.  Client must provide dial-out list and message script.  Message may be recorded by client or Southwest Call Center’s professional recording voice.  There is no live agent interaction.
  • Recording with Live Agent Access – Pre-recorded message is delivered with instructions for access to a live agent by pressing a digit on the telephone keypad.  Message is delivered to a targeted group of individuals at a scheduled time or immediately.  Client must provide dial-out list and message script.  Message may be recorded by client or Southwest Call Center’s professional recording voice.
  • Live Agent Only – Voice Broadcast may be set up to auto-dial a targeted group of individuals at a scheduled time.  When the call is answered by the called person, it will be presented to a Live Agent for call handling.  The agent will follow client’s call handling script to obtain information as required by client and deliver a message to the client as per client’s instructions.
