In the early 1980’s, Southwest Answering Services began providing basic telephone answering services to businesses in Lake Charles, LA. In 1993, the Vincent family purchased Southwest Answering Services with plans to expand the capabilities of the company.
Shortly after the purchase, the Company installed the first digital telephone answering service system in Southwest Louisiana and began providing a variety of call support services ranging from emergency dispatch to event registrations to traditional telephone answering services. Renamed Southwest Call Center, Inc in 1999, the Vincent family continued to expand its operations by acquiring new clients outside of Southwest Louisiana and purchasing other call center companies when the opportunity arose.
Today Southwest Call Center provides inbound call support services to the Medical, Service, Entertainment and Transportation industries throughout the Continental United States.
