Southwest Call Center’s Monitoring/Alert Notification Service ensures timely notification of on-site emergency situations, external disasters and routine notifications to response teams, on-call personnel, or management teams. Southwest Call Center receives notice of event from security personnel, customer-provided paging equipment, or customer-provided monitoring equipment.
Once an alert is received, the process of notifying the emergency response teams begins. Alert notifications can be delivered in any format – phone call, page, alpha page, text message and email. When required, a confirmation response will be recorded along with any other information that is required to ensure a timely response to the emergency.
